Return and Refund Policy

At GadgetiCloud, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and order cancellations to ensure a transparent process.

Order Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If order cancellation request is received within 24 hours of order placement AND the order hasn't been shipped yet, the customer may cancel their order for a full refund.  However, if the order has been processed, 10% will be charged as cancellation fee.  If the parcel is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and refunded. Under the circumstances where order cancellation might be considered after order is shipped, cancelled items need to be returned to our facility before refund is issued. Please note that customers are responsible for all fees involved for returning items. In addition, up to 30% of your cancelled amount will be charged as restocking fee. All non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

No changes can be made to the order (including the product, quantity and shipping address) after it is processed.

14-Day Return and Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange new, non-defective items, or defective products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, please contact us first at info@gadgeticloud.com for return authorization.  Returns without prior authorization from GadgetiCloud will not be accepted. 

 

  • New, Non-Defective Items: To qualify for a return, the item is purchased from our website.  The item must be in its original, unopened, undamaged, unused, factory-sealed condition, complete with all packaging, manuals, and accessories as received.  We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used or worn or with missing accessories and packaging.
  • Defective Products: The item is purchased from our website.  A product is considered defective if it has a material manufacturing or design flaw.  When reporting a defect, you must provide a full description of the issue.  Defective products are to be returned to GadgetiCloud in order to examine and record the item before continuing with the warranty / exchange process.

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality.  Under no circumstances will GadgetiCloud be liable for any damage arising from any misuse or abuse of goods.  A Defective Product is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. The product must be defective in itself (due to manufacture or design fault) and not damaged due to inappropriate use.  Please note that damages on packaging are not considered as a defective return and are not eligible for an exchange or refund.  We reserve the right to refuse returns which do not meet the conditions mentioned above.

All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories. The product cannot be returned if it is already used or opened by customer. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 14 days after purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items for further examination. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

All non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

Limited 1 year Carry In Warranty

(Applicable Electronic products ONLY)

We always work hard to solve any problem you might have with one of our products. We offer a limited 1 year carry in warranty (applicable products listed under Terms and Conditions) at GadgetiCloud whose invoice has a order number mentioned as that is used to claim warranty with us.

The original serial number label affixed on the package and the original invoice must be presented at the time you require warranty service; Otherwise, such warranty could be voided.

This warranty shall not apply and the repair charges shall be separately quoted by GadgetiCloud in the event of:

(a) any willful modification, alteration or repair in any way made to any part of the product by any persons other than GadgetiCloud; or

(b) any damage caused by misuse, misapplication of electricity, malicious acts, negligence, inflow of any liquid or dirt, accident, natural calamities, or physical force.

(c) dissatisfaction on the product other than its quality, e.g. product color, outlook, shape;

(d) any damages caused by normal deterioration;

(e) any accessories including the charging adapter, cables, stylus pen, screen protector, etc.;

(f) any cables included in the package

(g) free gifts

All changed parts are non-returnable.
