We are a real, established shop

GadgetiCloud has been trading online since 2017. We are not a drop-shipping front or a marketplace reseller: we hold our own stock and we ship it ourselves.

Our phone number, email and WhatsApp are all published on our contact page — and a real person answers.

The stock is genuine

Every item is brand new, in its original packaging, with the manufacturer’s documentation included. We do not sell used, refurbished or replica goods.

We are an authorised retailer for most of the brands we carry, though not every brand grants worldwide authorisation, so we do not make blanket claims. What we do guarantee, on every order, is that the product is genuine and new — and that if it is not, you can send it back.

The price you see is the price you pay

Everything is priced in pounds and charged in pounds, so there is no currency conversion and no card foreign-exchange fee.

Your order is delivered duty-paid: we pay the import duty and VAT for you, so the price at checkout is the final price, door to door. No customs invoice, no VAT bill, no courier handling fee.

The one exception is Expedited Shipping to the United States and the European Union, where customs charges apply on arrival. Standard Shipping is duty-paid everywhere we offer it, including the UK. Full detail on our shipping policy page.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item under our return and refund policy — new, non-defective items included, not only faulty ones.

Tracked delivery

In-stock items leave us within 3 business days. Standard Shipping then typically takes 6–12 days to the UK and 6–12 days to the US — and it is fully tracked, on the carrier’s own site and on our order tracking page.

Remote-area surcharges are already included on Standard Shipping, so there is nothing extra to pay if the carrier classes your address as remote.

Transit times are estimates and run from dispatch. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Secure payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed by those providers directly — we never see or store your full card details — and paying by card or PayPal gives you an independent route to dispute a transaction if anything goes wrong.

Reviews we cannot edit

Our reviews are collected by Judge.me, an independent review platform. Judge.me verifies that each review comes from a real order, hosts them on its own site, and we have no ability to delete or alter them.

The current score is 4.7 out of 5 from 3,500+ verified reviews across 2,000+ products. Not all of them are glowing — you can read the critical ones too, which is rather the point.
