Q1: Are all the watches you sell authentic?
A: Absolutely. We guarantee that every watch we sell is 100% authentic and brand new. We source our products directly from the brands or their authorized distributors. Your watch will arrive in its official box with all original documentation and warranty cards.
Q2: What kind of warranty comes with my watch?
A: Every watch is backed by a minimum 1-year warranty that covers the watch movement against manufacturing defects. Some brands may also include a longer manufacturer's warranty, which will be specified on the product page.
Q3: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we are proud to offer shipping to over 100 countries worldwide. We believe everyone should have access to great timepieces, no matter where they live.
Q4: What shipping services do you offer?
A: We offer standard or expedited worldwide shipping on all watch orders. For standard shipping, we ship via air postal service.  For expedited shipping, we ship via DHL / Fedex.  Tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped, and online tracking status will be available anytime.
Q5: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery times vary by location. As a general guide:

Q6: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
Q7: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal for secure and easy payment. For customers in select regions, we also offer local payment options.
Q8: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  We offer a 14-day return policy on all watches.  Please refer to our return policy here.
Q9: My watch has a problem. What should I do?
A: We are sorry to hear that. Please contact our customer support team at shop@gadgeticloud.com immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem, whether it's arranging a repair under warranty or providing a replacement.
